The Children’s Hospital Charity is committed to helping ensure our fundraisers and supporters are encouraged to be responsible when gambling.

While most people gamble within their means, we recognise gambling can be a problem for some. Always consider the following:

• Remember that you’re taking part for fun, and not to invest your money
• Before you start playing, set a limit on how much time and money you want to spend
• Make sure you spend time on other interests and activities too
